I’d hate for him to miss the life advice he’d take if he had a brain cell:
Shane looks like he shits his pants in fear at the thought of trying to parallel park. He’d never pass a practical driving test or the easy as shit written test. Oregon even has the easiest tests in the nation because the state is full of low IQ scrubs like Shane.
Of course he could also never afford a vehicle, unless he sold all his games and did another GFM. But at least if he had a license he could pick up some driving shifts (last I heard a lot of Uber and Lyft drivers are renting Teslas for their shifts because it’s cheaper than buying gas for the day).
If Shane had a license, he could even volunteer to drive elderly shut-ins to doctor’s appointments and help them with their errands. But no, Shane Edward Nokes is a middle-aged shut-in with no excuse for it but his own laziness and lack of masculinity.
At least his lack of license or vehicle means he has to trawl for kids to molest on foot. Because there’s no way this fat retard even knows how to ride a bicycle.

I worked at McDonald’s when I was a teenager so I could afford to get a licence and a first car, I realised I needed it to get a better job elsewhere and I didn’t have anybody to pay for it so I did what most kids do and flipped burgers after school.

It’s not like he grew up in New York City where it isn’t a big deal not to have a license at 16. Everywhere else, teenagers get their permits on their 16th birthday (sooner if state law allows) and gets their licenses ASAP. You can even take driver’s ed in most schools so it’s free for the poors. Shane was terrified to drive and still is.
Norm grew up in Ottawa, Canada’s capital, that had decent public transportation since the 1800s. In NY, 99.9% of people don’t drive in Manhattan. NBC paid for him to have a driver. He could also afford taxis and chauffeurs. Not to mention he could afford multiple cars. Norm’s gambling addiction probably made him hesitant to spend money on anything but gambling, though.
None of the above applies to Shane. It’s also an apple and oranges comparison to say a wildly successful, wealthy, educated and accomplished man had one thing in common with this pedophilic welfare queen retard.
