There was no floor coz they needed room for the puppet. So the actors had to navigate across beams or they'd fall and injure themselves.

The show was fucking shit and unfunny. Some episodes were written by early Simpsons showrunners and those were sort of watchable.

After the last episode was done filming, Max wright left right away without saying bye to anyone. Nothing wrong with that, I've never said bye to anyone at any job ive left.

Looking at it now, awful and dated humour. But its nostalgia recalls my childhood. Back to a time when mentally ill young men with bolt on tits would’ve been encouraged to jump from an overpass.

He wrote a pretty entertaining book, called Permanent Midnight. It details his time on the set of ALF among other things.

They made it into a movie with Ben Stiller, but I can't remember what the movie was called.
