on the bottle it says exp:12/19

Everything online says they lose potency, but that sounds like big pharma bullshit.
They say it's not dangerous but they won't do anything for me. Unfortunately I can't tell if they're really helping even when not expired.

What do the druggies here say? Should I just quintuple my dosage so I'm not wasting them?

Quit being cheap and buy new vitamins, nigga.

I've tak expired allergy medicine because it was the only thing available at work and it works just fine.

I heard that if you take expired ibuprofen it's actually more potent, somehow.

Also, Mt. Dew lowers sperm count and shrinks your balls.

Everyone here is retarded. DOD did an experiment on drug expiration dates and found 90%+ were still the same potency 15 years after the prescribed date of expiry. Probably the only ones that didn't make it were suspended in water or something else that requires preservatives.
I don't think Direct Outward Dialing has anything to do with pharmaceuticals.

They only lose a little potency and the only vitamin you probably need is D3 unless you’re in a sunny place and go outside often which I don’t recommend my uncle is currently battling malignant melanoma in his brain from too much sun and he’s in the Midwest not Florida or South Carolina

Always knew going outside was evil.
You need to be careful I have psoriasis it’s completely gone with the biologic that’s why I don’t hate the pharmaceutical giants a simple shot 4 times a year and I have no plaques or joint swelling it’s not a conspiracy but anyways they always have things that say to use sun screen when you’re outdoors I’m up in the northwest like nigger Jim where the sun don’t shine most of the year you still need to be careful about getting burnt or tanned though
