Why would NoBacon insult me by calling me "gay," when I would NEVER call him "fat babykiller?" Oh well, I try so hard to be his friend - and maybe someday that will happen!
I tried hard to be his friend and it ended with him swearing blind I couldn't physically stop him raping children. Seems weird to throw names around after all that

You couldn’t, that doesn’t mean I want to. I’m just saying you can’t over power me in any context because you’re a weak obese man.

How did they land on the judgement amount? I imagine its combined factors: The first amount fined is per committing fraud which resulted in the government losing money…somehow. The second amount is a fine purely as a punishment. Yes, yes, we have an amendment explicitly banning excessive fines from courts. However the legal argument of “excessive” is vague. Excessive relative to…what? (also i’m pretty sure this doesn’t apply to civil cases). In this case one would have to figure out Judge Enron (fuck his name)’s justifications for the $ amount. And i’m not him…so…

The harm is committing the crime of fraud. The people he’s “defrauding” are hurt. Yes, if a bank gives you a loan based on a (knowingly) false pretense…that’s fraud. Just because you end up paying the loan back doesn’t mean it’s not fraud. If I stole $10 from you then paid you back, without telling you i robbed you, that doesn’t mean I didn’t steal from you. The banks don’t know it’s fraud and if they did they wouldn’t give the loans. The government is going after him not because he’s Trump but because they want to make an example of him BUSINESS wise. They want to send a message to every other property mogul in NYC not to fuck around…thats my take at least. (If the goal is to take down Trump, why are we even having this case? The dude is facing multiple others charges in other states and this doesn’t bring him down.)

How does the judge know what the properties are worth? I mean anybody can figure out what a property is “worth”…it’s not like the judge looks at photos of Mar a Largo and thinks of what it should be worth. They get appraisers and shit from both sides to argue what the property should be worth (with evidence as to why) and, based on that evidence, the judge makes the ruling. It’s not as simple as it sounds. “That’s…That’s 2 million. No- ONE million!”

This assumes civil suits have 0 burden of proof. Of course it’s lower but it’s not literally none. I’m going to make a crazy comparison but it’s like when a woman sues for a rape 30 years ago - it being a civil suit doesn’t make it less real, it’s just that X factors prevent a criminal case from going forward. Now obviously corporate fraud dating back 20 years is easier to prove than a rape…but remember that the charity and university cases were both civil as well. That was still fraud. And no one sees them as political.

All of the above is true EXCEPT NPC. I take grave offense to that above all else…if I were an NPC i wouldn’t be saying half the shit I do on here (besides the lib shit) and matter of fact i dont think i’d be on here at all. I’m a neet.
And how is this beating him? Seriously. What happens to Trump now? His fanbase still loves him. Independents have heard worse things than “The guys a fraud” (they’ve been hearing it since 2016). Dems still hate him. He has enough money from the RNC to campaign and potentially win. He can either hold off paying the judgement or set up a plan to trickle in money so it doesn’t sink him. And again I refer to above…The dude is facing multiple criminal charges that are far more serious than this. Why even bother doing this? I mean what if Letitia Nigger got a different judge and ruled Trump was innocent? Then he wins even more.

And Dems can’t beat him on policy right now? Bro…Dems beat him on policy in 2020 when Trump was still making it. What has Trump done since 2020 to help him win over voters who he critically lost in 2020: Minorities, college educated people, young people, independents and middling conservatives, everybody who isn’t protestant (even the fucking jews overwhelmingly went with Biden…) Like that is the thing. No one gives a fuck about Trumps charges. Dude faced two impeachments and came within a cunt hair of winning 2020. They want to hear about his policy and he has none.

Fact is is that the Democrats don’t need to do ANYTHING to hurt Trump. They just need to let him exist and he self destructs.

Jesus I really am Joe Zoomia. Put a couple random all caps words in there and it’s indistinguishable.
