- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Wow I can't believe something by Stephen King is a piece of shit. The best thing that ever happened to that Maine faggot was Stanley Kubrick. Almost every movie based on his books sucks cock, even most of the ones people allege are good. The van hitting him was cosmic justice for writing Insomnia.
It was pretty fucking awful, not as bad as Morbius and The Lost City though.
I like a lot of his stuff but insomnia really was a stinker. Ooh a story about an old man who can't sleep, sounds compelling.
I was a huge Dark Tower fag (before he he wrote books 4 through 7), so I read Insomnia b/c there was supposed to be a connection. I get goddamn near 600 pages through that boring shit before I get to two sentences with some kid, drawing a picture of Roland. "Him's Roland. Him's a king." or some shit. I almost threw that POS book out the window.

yea he clearly hated that Kubrick didn't jump through hoops to make his self insert character likeable like he did in the book. That faggot actually tried to make the reader be sympathetic the abusive alcoholic, HE was the one you should feel bad for.
