- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I'm always baffled that AntH, Opie, and Jim spent 10-20 years being the most vile assholes on any form of media and yet seem to be legitimately perplexed when that karma is pointed in their direction.

To be fair, Opie was the only one who acknowledged it to some extent. He's said from the start that the Pests were going to turn on them eventually and probably be their undoing. He's just too autistic to not to take the bait every time.
Worm and AntH seemed to have a very simplistic understanding of the fans, like they were just props instead of a fickle mob, and act completely befuddled when listeners criticize their heinous deeds. Cumia is definitely the worst in this regard, the shift from actively courting the subreddit to becoming its mortal enemy was quicker than a fucking gear change.
man I wish I remember where he said it. It was one of those videos that gets a lot of views on youtube because it's drama of Ant hate-discussing Gregg and talking shit. He at one point brought up the hypocrisy of Gregg trying to act like a good guy with his new group of (now half deceased) podcast "friends." Ant mentioned how they acted like jerks, assholes, and were abusive to people for the better part of two decades, and that you can't just sweep that under the rug and try to start anew and act like you're a decent dude who is sincere and intolerant of cruel abuse.
He was right about ol' B-cup Greggory Hughes, of course. But the clip where he said this was well before his recent 2021 Joe Rogan interview, where he sang the same tune about him and his family being innocent victims of the pests. Where were you, Ant, when Sam and Greggory attacked innocent people like braunheiser's mom?
It's a lot of bullshitting, deflecting and distancing. Nana's been trying to gauge what people liked or disliked in an effort to gain something resembling an audience, and ascribe all the positives to himself and heap all the show's dirty laundry on the Opester and act like he had nothing to do with that. There's some truth to that, but this queer is acting like he had no agency or just straight up lying. You weren't a hostage, faggot. Grow a pair. You could've done something other than play along and hahaholeeshit and harbor a grudge for years, only to exaggerate that shit years down the line when it's profitable to do so.
Take the Stern rivalry. Opie was clearly the one who took it personally, but AntH acts like he took no part in it and felt uncomfortable with the whole thing. Put on any segment in which they attack Howie and Cumia is the one on the offensive and saying the meanest shit. So either you were lying then or you're lying now, which one is it?
Ant's Opie bashing only helped to make me dislike the Saracen, because he inadvertently revealed what a passive-aggressive spineless woman he is.
The two luckiest people in radio were Opie and Jim Norton. On paper they should have never been anything but they were in the right place at the right time. Especially Norton, he should of been a regular guest punching bag like Rich Vos instead of a full time guy. His entire persona was ripped from other comedians.
