That episode was written by fags from New York, where they dump garbage bags on the sidewalk, or LA who never owned a home and didn't know how garbage day works.

At some point it felt like they decided to turn Hank into a drooling retard almost as dumb as Peggy instead of just a normal guy and that's when the show started to suck.
