Bad for you?

I don't drink anything with aspartame.
Dont do it daily, I'll buy some every now and then though, just a taste.
Will these drinks fuck me up though, can someone tell me they cause cancer so I stop drinking them?

yeah it doesn't work that way. If you go on their website it's only for 5 hours but it warns that taking more than one will raise it's dosage by a power. So 5^3 you had 125 hours crammed into that 5 hour period

I once woke up with really bad dizziness. I'm lying still in bed and everything is mooooving.

I'm caffeine insensitive, so they actually chill me out most of the time; I can drink one before bed and sleep just fine, though sometimes they contain other stims. I'm a physically active spaz though, so I can burn up whatever sludge I'm taking in.

The caffeine content is generally between 100-300mgs, so pay attention if you're concerned about the effects. Also, like any food be aware of the total calories/sugar. There's a new trend of "fitness" energy drinks which are lighter, but the taste varies wildly. Fawk, now I'm just yapping about nutrition. I love the sweet liquids man.

Theres something about an original Red Bull/Monster that just does it for me. Probably the pure glucose coarsing through my veins. The sugar free ones dont get the job done

C4, Ghost, Ryse, 3D, and Gorilla Mind are great. 200mg of caffeine, 5-25 calories, and no sugar. Monster Ultra is the Mcdonald's of energy drinks, okay if you've got nothing else around but not the best by a long shot.
