What qualifications does he have to speak on this? Elon is no expert either and to an extent he is a snake oil salesman, but all amazing things at one point we're just a thought. Like when Kennedy said he's gonna put people on the moon. He didn't actually do this himself, he had hundreds of big brains do this and it became a reality. This is what Elon is doing as well.
