One time I was eating biryani beef with my friend Peen in an indian restaurant and a chunk of it got lodged in my throat, I tried to swallow, but it wouldn't let me even get saliva down, so I had to spit out other stuff in my mouth onto the floor. As I was not even able to swallow water I went to the hospital, was put under general anesthetic and had the beef removed from my throat.

Indian food can choke someone, potentially to death, is my take away.
