Just traditional splits; chest/tris, back/bis, legs/shoulders, which I guess is kinda along those lines.

I do an Upper/Lower split. It works pretty well. It means I can just alternate each day and don't have to stick to a strict schedule. Legs should be hit 2-3 times a week ideally.
