As for me, I just use the case that comes with the phone. No screen protector unless it comes with one pre installed and I'll peel it off once it gets scratched. Last phone I had lasted 4 years but stopped getting updates. Not a scratch on it.

Screens are glass now. It's difficult to scratch them.

Spigen is a great brand.

It's crazy how good glass is now. I couldn't believe how pristine my phone looks after I clean up all the grim on it. The pre installed protector on it only last a few weeks before it somehow got a scratch on it and somehow the screen is unscathed after 4 years.

New phone has the newest version of Gorilla glass so I'm sure it'll last just as long.
