Do you think this guy is on the forums?

Still spreading the O&A virus
Imagine having the worst day of your life filmed and on the internet forever? I don't understand why these guys allow themselves to be filmed-- I'm pretty sure they have to sign a release form.
You think the YouTube channels doing Chris Hansen style videos are making them sign a release? Or those bodycam footage channels are getting permission from anyone being arrested? You have zero privacy anymore. If you get hit by a person running a red light their dashcam footage, your dashcam footage, and anything the cops record is immediately available for anyone to get and put right on the internet and you cannot stop them. If you call 911 for any reason it gets recorded and posted to the internet now. Like if a celebrity calls 911 it will be on TMZ by the end of the day.

You can't print stuff like their phone numbers or home addresses (usually) without having to redact it. Guys like Don Shipley get in trouble all of the time for posting phone numbers of people online by calling them live and leaking the number (Opie to Erock style). But showing their faces? Fine. Showing their work or employer? Fine. Their school history, relatives, and lots of other personal information? Fine. Yeah they are pedophiles and losers but this has then been applied to everyone.

The reason Chris Hansen got in trouble is that his sting show hit a judge who killed himself. They had this sting going that caught something like 30 guys in under a week of running chat rooms. Including some cops, guys from the same church, and the judge. The judge kills himself and it makes huge news. Next thing you know the feds come in and break up the show and threaten NBC and they cancel the show. Worst part is that every single one of the 30 guys that they caught in the sting were let go with all charged dropped. The local police dropped all of their cases.

Also the sister of the judge sued NBC for a rumored $20million and got it in a settlement.
