I used to own a house. It wasn't better than renting. I'm a bit of a nomad and like the idea I can move every few months.

My wife and I bought in Mass right before covid hit and I swear it’s probably the only time I felt like I truly got lucky and something was on my side between the rates and the actual price.

I could never rent again. We had an apartment outside of Boston, 2 family owned by a Greek family. The parents lived on the top floor, we lived on the first floor and the 30 year old son lived in the basement.

Super nice guy but he would literally yell through the floor to his mother on the second floor about lunch and dinner almost ever fucking day. I once had to bang on his door for 5 straight minutes because he was blasting Joe Rogan so loud that I couldn’t hear my own thoughts. It was the only time I actually looked down on another race as an Italian American. Greeks truly are another level of lazy, misogynistic, vain cunts.

It took me months to just get used to the silence of my house because of how much noise that hairy faggot made.
