They said they don’t have $50k but they never said they couldn’t afford the monthly plan. They said they chose not to pay it, which obviously is a very stupid thing to say a couple weeks before a contempt hearing.

On part 4 of the Pretend podcast, they admit it was their idea to do the payment plan, so they could clearly afford it. They just decided later that actually they didn't want to anymore.
Is it smart to admit such a thing on video while also advertising every single frivolous purchase you've made on social media while somebody is trying to collect $50K+ from you? I don't have a 1.2 GPA, so I'm not qualified to answer such things.

They did put the lawyer bill on there because why not if you’re already doing the payment plan?
We don’t know what happened but if I had to guess I’d say they probably paid the lawyer separately after abandoning the amortization like an unwanted daughter.

They didn’t pay the lawyer. In the court documents that were leaked by @Dont Ban Me Quasi it details what they owe. Post fucking off the amortization plan they still owe the lawyer about 1k.

Hope all this comes up on 8/24. It's really a big brain move to flaunt your spending online in this way while simultaneously claiming on every media source that you refuse to pay a judgment debt. You can't now claim poverty and beg mercy of the court when hundreds of posts show you blowing money like crazy and telling everyone you owe nothing and will never pay and have no respect for the court or the ruling.
I'd have a stack a mile high of his behavior printed and a file full of video clips from his media appearances defiantly saying he'll never pay.

There's a good chance if he shows up that he'll stomp his feet and pound on the table that he will noT pay his exTorTionisTs (when did it change from "criminal stlakers" to "extortionists") and he hopes to get cuffed up because he's hoping for media attention. He'll tell the judge that the judge is supporting criminals and he's going to the media, he's going to sue him and the city, yadda yadda yadda.
Basically, everything the judge and the bailiffs have seen and heard hundreds of times before, usually from niggers.
