- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Haha no he actually just signed another year in Mineola for his apartment. He was also recently complaining about the price of materials increasing and being unable to find the proper door for his house (which he's having built like Josef Fritzl) so it is delaying the completion of his house and costing him more money.

Nana built Wopington Manor according to the lifestyle he thought he'd be living. It turned out, though, that all he really needed was a chair, a desk, electricity, an internet connection and a fridge full of beer. The home theater, the basement bar, the home studio, the pool, all just reminders of his unfulfilled vision. The pals, hangers-on and leeches are all gone now, replaced by Twitter followers.
It was the lifestyle he was living. He was nigger rich. He was getting those Sirius-XM paychecks and blowing the money in casinos and on stupid home renovations and additions like he was a billionaire. $10K hands of blackjack. Over a $1million in the divorce. Who knows how much to his deadbeat brother over the years. In order to maintain that lifestyle you need to maintain the income as well. Once Anthony got fired you would think he would immediately downsize but instead he expanded.
I doubt Anthony wants the lifestyle he has now and is satisfied with how his life is now. He is the laughingstock of his entire O&A fandom essentially. Feed Nana. He wants the big parties and the adulation and the attention. And for people to take him seriously as a broadcaster or political pundit. He was throwing those stupid Compound parties once or twice a year. Hiring DJs and catering and entertainment. I think the one he threw with Jill Nicolini cost close to $100K for one night of partying. Trying to be some type of socialite. Social misfit.
When you are rich and people are hanging out with you they are your friends and you are cool. When you are losing money, they are leeches, taking you down with them. The difference is when you are flush with money or broke. Only thing that has changed about Anthony is his income really. And maybe his increasingly ghoulish looks. He literally looks like a ghoul from Fallout New Vegas in some photos.
I still cannot believe how far from grace Anthony has fallen.
When he won money back in April in AC he mentioned that he could now upgrade the floors from carpeting to hardwood. So that tells me he couldn’t afford anything beyond the basic builder’s carpeting prior to that bit of luck. I think this spec house will never get finished because he’s paying for it piecemeal. Just like Fatrick’s 9 month lay away fart couch 2.0.
