I don’t really understand. So someone leaked a snuff film to CBS and random youtubers. CBS gives the snuff film back. Court wants to destroy said snuff film, but Carrie wants it kept so they can analyze it….for what? It seems like they want to prosecute the people it was sent to? I really dont understand.

Exactly, she wanted to make an example out of them by bringing in a federal charge and freezing the evidence on further "investigation" which didn't really exist.

Basically the glowies showed her the door and no law enforcement agency was interested in taking up this case.

Stupid Carrie just loves losing. If you follow her Twitter she's also on a crusade to sue amazon for selling items that you can use to kill yourself. She takes on massive cases and she stinks and loses and then cries sexism.
