- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

Seriously, if I had a business and lost even one job because of something I posted online, I would delete all my social media and never post online again. Its like - again if this is real - he just cannot control himself. How, after embarrassing himself on People's Court ("but I WON!"), does he not understand every bar, theater, fruit stand and CRUISE LINE will cancel ALL business with him over crap like this?

Cumias don’t understand the difference between reaping the clearly inevitable consequences of your actions and being unfairly targeted. Fucking Anthony and Joe both to this day remain baffled as to why Sirius would take issue with Anthony’s firehose of insane tweets after he got physical with a WOC in Times Square. He lost millions of dollars over something no one would have known about if he’d had any impulse control.
