Triathlons lol. The best part is the rube thinks the steak at this unheard of Morton's(I bet Milwaukee has one too) was good because of the way it was cooked and he can't accomplish that at home with his select grade Brazilian tenderloin lol. I’m sure some of you are cringing at the very concept of a well-done filet mingon, but the texture of rare meat doesn’t agree with my palate. I understand that many carnivores prefer their steak’s experience with fire to be limited to burning the hair off a still twitching slab of muscle tissue, but I don’t believe we stole fire from the Gods just as a way to smoke-up our tents. I want my meat good and dead.

Morton’s is obviously a place for tourist rubes and 80 year old lawyers but still, imagine going to any “real” steakhouse and ordering the filet. And doubly so when you’re there on business and don’t want to look like a faggot.

The only time it’s acceptable for a man to order a filet mignon is at a wedding reception when you have to choose between that and the vegetarian dish.
