This is undoubtedly the case. Fat-fingered Joe botched it all up, and blames a vast Biden-led conspiracy for his obvious ineptitude and all-around stupidity. I assume he's still trying to peddle the guitar garbage he stole from his dead uncle while his loved ones were at the wake saying goodbye, and if he's resorting to Facebook Marketplace, he's getting desperate.
