A couple was horrified to have their infant son find a motion activated recording device, secreted in a public toilet, located in Harbour Square Mall, Port Jefferson. The parents who cannot be named, were able to secure the device and hand it in to authorities.
Investigations by local police uncovered the device containing several explicit images of unidentified children, taken over a 2 month span.
Police were able to trace the device back to local unemployed buffoon, Joseph Cumia. Cumia has since been arrested and charged with 8 counts of unauthorized filming, and 5 counts child pornography.
Cumia was bailed by Tunisian businessman Antwan Kumiya on a $100,000 bond, with bail conditions he must stay away from his victims, all public amenities, child related activities and locations within the district, and has surrendered his passport.
