I'm not a Catholic myself, and I'm inclined to say that what people dislike about Jesuits are a recent post Vatican 2 development and probably not historically true, but the gist of what they claim is that Jesuits like James Martin are introducing ecumenicalism, homosexuality, etc. Maybe that Jesuits are themselves responsible for Vatican 2.

You should be able to DM now, but I don't think I have much to contribute beyond what I posted. My feelings are that if Jesuits are shit, people are probably only saying it now because Vatican 2 happened, they don't like the modern church, and they need someone to blame. 200 years ago they would have probably said Jesuits are based.
