Disagree. Chad was genuinely upset at the good natured ribbing he got. He sent Brennan an email today saying the shows were “three and a half hours of torture” for him being made fun of lol. That faggot shit has to go. Same applies to that pussy Ray DeVito. Brennan claims he’s having to persuade Ray not to hang himself after every show. When you’re not mentally resilient enough for a comedy podcast, the comedy podcast isn’t the problem.

I think in that case there was always a corporation over your head, managers and agents who had an interest of keeping guys hudled together as a brand. Opie often cites how some mgmt people convinced him to be with anthony not resign for years on end.
Podcasting/livestreaming gives you freedom from that, but it offers no cohesion. There is no glue holding anyone together, I think this is also the reason why you don't see many bands pop up as well. Cause technology has given everybody the access to do their own thing. So nobody sticks around or sees value of a team or of a brand unless there is fuck you money involved which is rare as it is.
