Texas is very big on delegating government responsibilities to its citizens. For example, it recently deputised them so they could prosecute abortion crimes.

Is there a similar scheme for child abusers? Some group of patriots who could be alerted to Jef's extremist views on child sexuality, and keep a watchful eye on him?
