It’s obviously a duplex but what confuses me is he says he rents out the attic space?We know it’s his storage for unused gym equipment or possibly children if the cellar is full. Also he only covers half the mortgage with the rent from the other side. This lawsuit has to be hurting the pig more than I thought because I had assume he was making the other renters pay his mortgage.
