I really enjoyed it. I had been looking forward to it since hearing about it last year.
The final 10 minutes or so kinda go left field, but not necessarily at a detriment to the story. It felt authentic and it was very entertaining. Modern day horror is the drizzling shits, so this was like a breath of fresh air.
