I bought a duplex from my parents, bottom half already rented out to a single woman(fat, divorced, 40s) and she lives with 2 yappy dogs.

The girl who lived there before me left a big note for whoever's next, warning that the woman under her is so miserable and she shouts so loud at the top of her lungs constantly, and that she helped encourage the girl to work harder so she's never be such a big fucking mess. So that was fun to look forward to, nice parents, stupid. Apparently the girl never even mentioned that to my mom once cause she would've done something.

To make it worse she acts all cheerful and happy in person, and apologizes for 'yelling sometimes' but 'we both have dogs you know how it is', I'm not sure if she thinks it's just muffled shouts that I hear, but no it's full-fledged at the top of your lungs shouting and calling your dog cunts and niggers. Sometimes she's stomping like a child while doing this. It's not like I'm going to tell a grown person to stop being a lunatic, and I'm a gay pussy.

She also sometimes slams the front door, I'm assuming as hard as she can, the whole house practically shakes. Also what sounds like banging a sturdy slab of ham against the countertops. I think she said that was the washing machine. I really think it's creating cracks in my walls which is nice.

Anyways I'm finally moving into a new place I've been fixing up, and that woman's fucked cause my rent was already low as fuck (550 with water & electric & garbage included) and she couldn't pay consistently ever, she's going to have to move in with her father and cause him to kill himself I'd bet.

I once was involved in an eviction where the evictee kept breaking back in to live in the house that still had all her shit in it. Multiple co-workers then took it upon themselves to piss all over her mattress every night. Oh how we laughed when she was later seen on the news and was still sleeping on it.

The first place I rented was absolute garbage:

-Apartment building was 3 floors, 2 apartments each. Each floor had one thermostat, and it was up to a tenant to adjust accordingly for the whole floor (the thermostat was inside an apartment). Since the thermostat was in mine, the lady across the hall kept bugging me to adjust the temp multiple times a night because she took medication that wouldn't let her sweat supposedly. I started ignoring her and she eventually moved out after I yelled at her retarded brother for throwing coins at my windows. Lady fucking had lawn chairs for furniture in her place.

-Dude in the apartment above mine couldn't flush his toilet after a while, so he just pissed and shit in it until it was full, then dumped shampoo in the bowl and plunged everything down. I found this out after coming home one night to a wet ceiling and a puddle on my floor.

-A new tenant didn't understand that we didn't have garbage pickup, so she started piling her garbage bags at the bottom steps to the 2nd and 3rd floor balcony in protest for whatever reason. I started having to throw bricks at the raccoons and skunks it attracted at night so I could get to my apartment after work.

-Some "sober" addicts moved in upstairs and quickly fell apart. I woke up to the chick pounding on my door crying one night because her boyfriend kicked her out of the car on the way home at 2 in the morning, and she had to walk the rest of the way home in bare feet just to find out the boyfriend never went home and she didn't have keys to get into the apartment. A weird fling ensued for around a month afterwards any time the dude passed out in the evening. They eventually got evicted and left actual piles of garbage in every corner of the apartment.

-Had to call the cawps on the tenants in the downstairs apartment since the dude was slapping his chick around and threw a cup of hot coffee at me when I tried to intervene. The landlord showed up and informed me rent would be going up in the next few months while we watched the cops body slam the dude to the sidewalk. I told her I'd have trouble coming up with the extra, and she proposed a "deal" for me which I might've taken advantage of (she had a skin tag on one of her nips and she grunts when she cums) before I abandoned the place, leaving a broken window behind.

-I'm pretty sure my dwarf lion fish tossed itself out of my aquarium so it didn't have to keep watching me jerk off. Not sure if this fits but figured I'd add for funsies.
