X changed blocking a week or so back when you’re blocked you can still see tweets by the person but can’t reply or quote tweet.

I assume they clicked one of his tweets and could actually see it. Like @Danrangutan 🦧 said Twitter just changed it so even if you're blocked you can still view and, more importantly, report someone's tweets. I've been reporting Pat's tweets like crazy.

It's an X thing Elon did, to stop people from blocking you, then replying to you. An extremely cowardly thing the Left did quite a bit, and that Patrick would do daily, next to breathing air and eating food.
