Anybody watch the Always Sunny podcast

They recently started making a video podcast and it honestly sucks.
They are funny guys, but they've fucked up the formula.
They hardly ever discuss the episode. They take callers. They don't have a host or someone to steer the ship(**sniff*)). It's an hour of random drivel from their lives.
Even though they have a funny female cast, they don't have any of them on. They just follow the template of having a useless hole from their staff operating the mixer desk laughing and interjecting nonsense. Like its the Chip Chipperson show.

And no Danny.

I agree with this sentiment. Whatever season started with the singing totally turned me off. All time great show before that

I actually have enjoyed the podcast so far. I like the rambling nature of it, but I do think it almost immediately drifted away from interesting discussion of the show into something else.

Still a few good ones in later seasons. The skiing episode is a top 10 for me

I've stumbled on it, and beat me up about it (or blame the COVID), I think I like it.

It's far better when they discuss the episodes themselves, because the behind the scenes of Hollywood and the making of the show when it was lower budget is very interesting, but they are funny sometimes even they go off course. Not always, but sometimes.

I still think it's a good show, but what series is going to be consistent after 6 years let alone 15? The Simpsons became a fucking nightmare and Saturday Night Live isn't even worth mentioning.

For me it wasn’t so much making him a fag. The joke was always that he was in the closet. The problem was they had him come out as a faggot . . . And took the moment completely seriously after a few fans complained. So, the writers decided to be “socially responsible.” Shitheads.
