my old man has a camper me and the wife stay in on the property. It's hooked up to the house for power with central air in the summer and propane heating in the winter. It has a built in bed with a small kitchen and bathroom (which is useless since we're right next to the house), and a diner booth style table and seating. He and my stepmom use it for camping with the dogs.

A very close family friend owns a very high end one and the thing is incredible. 60 inch tv, California king bed, 1.5 baths. Full size fridge and freezer.
Only downside is I don’t think it has a dishwasher. That and the fact that there’s always $1000s in repairs every year, which you have to keep up with because the problems compound if you don’t.
It’s a cool thing to have but it is 100% a lifestyle.
