He can only fantasize about the part where you are sentenced to "years and years" in prison, not anything leading up to it.
He would be compelled to testify in any trial, his surveillance footage that shows obviously him vandalizing his own property would be played in court, he would not be able to answer any questions without getting flustered, yelling at the defense attorney, and incriminating himself.
When this was brought to his attention, he responded by saying that there would be no trial and you would just plead guilty. He's basically admitting that he would look guilty as fuck on the witness stand. Nice poker face, stupid.
