I don't remember this at all but I hate it. Howie Mandel is a weird guy. Anyone remember Bobby's World? I liked Bobby's World. I'm willing to bet it was garbage too. I also had some Howie Mandel math video game where he was a bear or something basically doing the Bobby voice in a spaceship.
