No, I didn't say it wasn't a law. I said it isn't just a law.

There are laws such as vandalism or marijuana use, these are laws that can be changed via state policy and/or federal policy within the court system, in some cases an executive order can do things but that's pretty complex.

A constitutional law is different, a state has no right to interfere with a constitutional law and it's much more difficult (next to impossible) to change these laws. The idea that it would be changed to allow outside citizens is less likely than me hitting the lottery today.

I've got no issue with what you said about the American school system, that's probably true. Still, it's a long shot from chopping girls clits off, which is an average preschool activity where you come from.

If I wanted to rip off the SFWA for 7 grand, I wouldn't think of posing as a Nigerian prince with a nose issue. That's classic.
