It’s a little sweeter than most 8% shit beers so it was palatable I guess. I wasn’t even broke at the time but I was really cheap. I was able to get pretty wasted every day for like $12 (two tall boys of something else too). I once got a 6er of Steel Reserve that was so skunked I was never able to even consider buying it again. It took me forever to choke down.
