Right, but it only became personal because of their association with Rick Sean Thomas. They could have just ignored everything after the Goodreads thing and/or told Pat to shut the fuck up but they didn't. They just kept going along with everything he told them and handing him fistfuls of money. He's just one member, although a fat one who is like two whole members, but it's so weird that they cater to one single member like this, and he's not even successful or influential.
