My girl had 45k Tiktok followers when I met her. She basically stopped using it after we started dating, and within a couple months she coasted to 50k followers in her absence. I needed to start a Tiktok stream to test something for a streaming site that I'm working on, and I started streaming from her account and within seconds there were over 200 people watching live. Giving a shit about social media followers is fucking gay unless you are making money off of it, which Patrick objectively isn't. It's sad enough to see people forsake their own children and everything else important in the pursuit of money. Doing the same thing but for social media followers is just abominable.
