I think he’s just doing cutting edge satire because non of those questions take any thinking at all. They are the same as looking at a wall clock and knowing the time.
For the record, I’m not saying I’m smart, I’m firmly in the average bracket. When I speak to gifted people I know when they need to speak down to my level, which happens whenever I need to talk programming solutions with the Chinese guy who does all the real work for me, and it’s frightening to think in the same way I need to do it to others about using excel formulas, that those people are still two of these talk down steps away from the average black.
When I say it’s frightening, I really mean it, these people are building your airplanes and monitoring air traffic!

It’s a really interesting rabbit hole to explore, how much more intelligent people were generations ago. There’s obviously a million factors to it, but it’s disgraceful how education levels have changed to become completely meaningless. Most people would rather everybody be hopeless destitute retards than for their to be inequality where the best and brightest have so much, even if they would have a much better lifestyle personally.
