2023: The Year of the Fat
A Retrospective.
January 6:
  • Part of Patrick's debt to Quasi (the Cloudflare judgement portion, $32,709) is domesticated in Wisconsin. This is what makes all the debt-related happenings of 2023 possible.
  • The OnA forum releases their own version of "A Christmas Carnage" on Amazon, while Patrick is not even halfway done writing his. Patrick seethes and copyright-strikes it, but not before it sells more copies than his version likely ever will.
January 9:
  • The SWFA's 2021 tax returns are released, hardening suspicions that they funded Patrick's frivolous lolsuit against the OnA forum.
January 16:
  • The police report of Patrick's 2011 arrest is discovered. It describes how he threatened to wait until Anabelle is born and then murder Adrienne, Anaballe, and Jon.
Ever since, Pat brazenly lies about the contents of this police report whenever the pests bring it up, relying on his Twitter followers being too lazy to actually read it.
January 18:
  • Patrick and Adrienne's 2011 divorce papers are discovered.
January 19:
  • Patrick attends the "ConfusionMI" convention as a speaker, and posts photos. It does not go unnoticed that he wears the same shoes as the mystery person in the infamous "bike vandalism" footage.
January 31:
  • Patrick gives up his Torque Wheeler side-grift after one last blog post. (Backstory: In 2022 it was discovered that Pat ran a blog called "Automanic" under the pen name "Torque Wheeler", where he purported to be a team of experienced car mechanics - while it was actually just him giving basic-bitch car advice he stole from Youtube.)
February 9:
February 11:
  • An embarrassing deleted clip from Patrick's 2016 appearance on the TV show "Having a Few" is discovered, in which a drunk Pat talks about missing his ex.
February 25:
  • Pat Pack member Oghenechovwe Donald "Ooga Booga" Ekpeki is deported from the USA. (Backstory: Ooga is an arrogant talentless author/editor from Nigeria. The SFWA made him their little pet project to prove how anti-racist they are. Together with Pat, they used dubious means to secure a US visa for Ooga, incl. creating a fraudulent Wikipedia page about him to trick immigration authorities. The OnA forum countered their efforts, and won.)
February 26:
  • Patrick and Niki take a vacation to Mexico, yielding yet more cringe photos.
February 31:
  • Justin Drown's "Obscura" podcast releases a long-awaited episode on the SFWA's pedophile problem, and explicitly drags Patrick in it. (Backstory: When Justin first announced he's researching the "SFWA pedophiles" topic, Patrick jumped in unprompted and tried to bully him into abandoning the topic.)
March 6:
  • Patrick has to get a new phone because he retardedly thought "water resistant" meant he can take it swimming.
March 20:
  • Shane Noakes joins the Pat Pack, and starts bragging about how he's going to take down the pests. Shane is a particularly deranged and pathetic Internet Tough Guy with nasty teeth, and his side-arc is hilarous but short-lived as he gets himself banned from Twitter for death threats three months later, and slinks back into obscurity.
April 10:
  • Jackie Singh joins the Pat Pack. She's a fat ex-GNAA troll with massive debt and custody issues, who reinvented herself as an "OSINT expert taking down Nazis" to a gullible Twitter following despite having miniscule tech skills.
She sees Patrick and the pests as a case-study that can make her OSINT career take off, and is seemingly trying to get Pat killed (e.g. by antagonizing Torswats) for publicity.
Patrick doesn't see through her, though - he treats her as an ally, and completely believes and supports her faildoxes of random innocent people. Her side-arc is ongoing.
April 13:
  • Vice News publishes an article on a SWAT-for-hire service called "Torswats". Torswat's Telegram account then accuses Patrick of being one of his customers, who ordered self-SWATtings using crypto but then failed to pay up.
Patrick freaks out and goes to bizarre lengths to insist that the OnA forum must have hired the SWATtings in his name, including that they must have stolen his SSN and SIM-swapped his phone. Why he didn't just go with the simpler "Torswats must be lying" angle remains a curiosity.
  • The mugshot from Patrick's 2011 arrest is discovered.
April 19:
  • Patrick's skipped Debtor's Exam. The pests find out about the court order beforehand, leading to Pat petulantly denying it. On the day in question, Pat fails to show up without excuse, thereby violating the court order. To "own the pests", he tweets out photos of himself at a bar during the scheduled time of the meeting.
  • Patrick goes on a 32 tweet thread frivolously accusing the OnA forum of a bomb threat against a Patti Labelle concert and a hotel in Reno, Nevada.
April 21:
  • Start of the debt amortization saga. Patrick and his wife Niki file for voluntary amortization, and the judge approves a generous plan which would require them to pay only $1000 per month. However, after the pests find out about this, Pat and Niki go on to ghost the court-ordered trustee and not make a single payment, thereby violating another court order and revoking the amortization.
May 7:
  • One of the pests copyright-strikes Patrick's profile picture on Twitter; Pat is devastated until he eventually gets it back.
May 9:
  • Fellow scifi author Larry Correia recounts a story of Patrick drunkenly embarrassing himself at an authors' dinner at the Spaghetti Factory.
May 29:
  • Two pests recreate years-old vacation photos of Pat and Niki in Munich. Pat frantically tries to spin this into media attention by falsely suggesting they were recent, non-public photos, as if dangerous stalkers are following on his heels.
June 5:
  • Leslie Varney joins the patposters. Leslie co-owns a small literary agency, shares Pat's SJW politics, and moves in his online circles - but because at first glance she only believes 90% of his "harassment victim" story, and advises him to stop feeding the trolls, Pat immediately gives her the full "No, stupid child!" treatment and sicks the Pat Pack on her.
Needlessly making enemies like this is a common occurrence for Pat, but Leslie stands out because she doesn't disengage and instead continues to mock Patrick on Twitter ever since, even jovially interacting with pests there. Pat's misogynistic meltdowns at her, incl. threats to end her career, likely closed off more doors for his own author career than he realizes.
July 14:
  • Start of the contempt of court saga. Quasi's lawyer files for contempt charges against Patrick over the debtor's exam and amortization, and the judge schedules a contempt hearing for the 24th. On Twitter, Pat steadfastly denies both the hearing and the debt itself.
July 19:
  • Javier Leiva's "Pretend" podcast starts releasing multiple episodes on Patrick. The first segments interview only Pat and Niki, and completely take them at their word. These interviews are a goldmine of Pat's lies and delusions, and also have Pat reiterating his vow to never pay Quasi.
But then the Javier defies Pat's command to not also interview the pests, resulting in a much more even-handed follow-up episode. Pat rages and slanders the Javier on Twitter.
August 21:
  • Patrick files a pro-se motion arguing for his contempt hearing to be postponed or canceled. It consists of a bizarre 27-page schizo manifesto in which Pat tries to relitigate the original case, indulges in grand conspiracy theories (involving corrupt federal judges based on Jackie's faildoxes), and makes insane legal arguments (such as that Quasi must be stripped of anonymity). The judge simply ignores it, as it was filed long past the deadline for motions to be considered.
August 22:
  • Patrick hires lawyers just before closing time at 5 pm, leaving them only one business day unfuck his mess. They pretend that his schizo manifesto was never filed, and instead contact Quasi's lawyer to quickly arrange for the debt to be paid.
August 24:
  • The contempt hearing. Patrick shows up with his new lawyers, and meekly accepts the agreement that satisfies the debt and gets him out of the contempt charge. Two pests are in the audience - allegedly Pat begs a bailiff to arrest them, but is ignored. Pat asks for a police escort for the walk back to the parking lot, which he later insists was for the pests' protection, not his.
August 29:
  • The court record updates to officially reflect "full satisfaction" of the Wisconsin portion of Pat's debt to Quasi.
On Twitter, Pat continues to deny that he paid Quasi. The copes he uses are that the money was sent to Quasi's lawyer, not Quasi himself, and that (so Pat claims) someone other than Pat provided the funds.
August 31:
  • Patrick and Jackie go after scifi author Lori Janeski for not believing Pat's victimhood tales. Their campaign to cancel her instead results in her making more sales than ever.
September 7:
  • Patrick starts running with Jackie's unconfirmed dox that one of the pests is Robert Prongay ("Dick Gayporn"), son of an infamous mafia hitman. Hundreds of tweets follow in which Pat adresses pests and trolls as "Robert", which he thinks is a power move.
September 20:
  • Patrick files for a restraining order against one of the two pests who attended his contempt hearing, but is denied.
September 23:
  • Patrick reveals that he does not wear underwear, reminding everyone that oversharing is also one of his lolcow traits.
October 20:
  • Court records reveal that Patrick paid $41,849.87 to Quasi as a result of the August contempt hearing, but that he still owes over 28k. payquasi.lol is updated accordingly.
October 31:
  • Jackie holds a keynote speech about Patrick and the pests at some Infosec conference. The conference forces her to censor out the names of people she accuses of crimes.
November 18:
  • Patrick's hot takes bad-talking SpaceX rocket launches are roundly debunked and community-noted even by politically like-minded peers. He handles it poorly.
November 24:
December 16:
  • Patrick finishes his draft of "A Christmas Carnage" (his first book in three years), and sounds convinced that it will get published despite all the bridges he has burned.
December 17:
  • Patrick finally admits defeat in his years-long flamewar against Twitter trolls, by restricting replies to followers only.

Bzzzzt. Wrong in every detail as always, stlaker.

That may have been when KF first documented it but we've known about it since before quasi made this place. Same with "Dad Bods" and anything else on YouTube that comes via just searching his name. Dangernoodle knows what I'm talking about.

This is an excellent list that I have bookmarked for my reference. It still baffles me that nobody stumbled across the 2011 arrest after 4+ years of Patposting. I wonder what other goldmines are out there.
We knew about that a year or 2 before, we just didn’t know what it was about because no one ever went after the documents.
