To Whom It May Concern:
On January 30, 2013, I spoke with Paul in the Horton Warranty Department via telephone regarding the failure of the fan clutch friction material one of our Peterbilt 379s. The complete fan clutch was replaced with Horton part number 791027RMAN on May 10, 2012, which was purchased at Rush Truck Center of Haines City, Florida.
According to Paul, I would have to take the entire fan clutch assembly or broken part/component to Peterbilt and they would return it to Horton, whereupon Horton would make the determination of what would be covered under warranty.
