No matter what those numbers say, he'll always be a complete and utter loser and fraud. He knows it, too - he has to. That's the best part; for all his manufactured bravado and confidence, deep down he knows he's a fucking loser. Nothing he says can change that. Have a great day, every one - pat is incapable of it! 
There is usually a stop and restarting when a person flatlines (~60+%), but will mostly only happen once and last a short amount of time. This is the case for people on their deathbed.

The prolonged flatline really is indicative that his numbers are all dead and bot accounts. Active users have all tricked away and now it's just random bot accounts getting culled.
