This has gone beyond Rick filing a petty revenge suit against 60 internet assholes for calling him fat and gay.
This is now also a personal vendetta against the MPD, because of specific officers who kicked his door/cuffed him/scared Niki/told him to be quiet and relax. Rick cannot let any slight go unanswered. He must prove to everyone he's not one to take any gruff.
